Windows 11 KB5011563 improvements and fixes:

  • Fixed a memory leak in wmipicmp.dll.
  • Resolved an issue with execution policy settings.

In Windows 11 Build KB5011563, Microsoft has officially enabled desktop watermarks on desktops that fail to meet the official system requirements of the operating system, (bottom right corner of the desktop, below the activation error).
