Xiaomi released the first two-in-one notebook: computer, tablet switch at will

Xiaomi's notebook product line in China has been very comprehensive, with Xiaomi notebook and RedmiBook two systems, to meet the needs of consumers mobile office + audio and video entertainment, in June 2022, Xiaomi released Xiaomi Book S overseas, which is Xiaomi's first two-in-one notebook.

After waiting for more than half a year, Xiaomi Notebook official today announced that Xiaomi Notebook 12.4 2-in-1 will be officially opened for pre-sale tomorrow (February 3) at 10:00 am in Xiaomi Mall, Xiaomi Youpin and Jingdong.

From the product positioning, Xiaomi Notebook 12.4 2-in-1 is exactly the Xiaomi Book S released overseas last year, it is not clear whether there is a difference in the configuration of the domestic version.

The Xiaomi Notebook 12.4 2-in-1 features a 12.4-inch LCD screen with 2560*1600 resolution, 500 nits peak brightness, 100% DCI-P3 color gamut and support for multiple modes of computer, tablet and handwriting switching.

The processor is expected to be the same as the overseas version, powered by Samsung's 7nm Snapdragon 8cx Gen2, with a CPU consisting of four Kryo 495 large cores (Cortex-A76) + four Kryo 495 small cores at 3.15GHz and a thermal design power consumption of 7W.

Other aspects, Xiaomi Notebook 12.4 2-in-1 is designed with an aluminum-magnesium alloy body, weighs 685g, comes with Windows 11 pre-installed (ARM platform), has a built-in 38.08Wh/4920mAh battery, supports 65W fast charging, comes with a USB-C and 3.5mm port, and supports 512GB micro SD card expansion.

For reference, the Xiaomi Book S keyboard combo is priced at 799 euros, and the price of the national version is expected to be reduced.
