OnePlus releases first mechanical keyboard

The new keyboard is the first device under the Featuring brand, a "co-creation platform" created by OnePlus to collaborate with users and third-party partners (brands) to create different categories of products.

The first result of this platform is this custom mechanical keyboard, created in collaboration with Keychron.

The keyboard features 81 keys, hot-swappable support, a CNC aluminum shell, and RGB lighting support.

In addition, the Featuring Keyboard 81 Pro has the classic OnePlus three-position switches and adjustable buttons for customizable functions.

In terms of battery life, the keyboard has a built-in 4000mAh battery that can last up to 100 hours at the lowest brightness setting, and the battery can be fully charged in about 5 hours.

For connectivity, a USB Type-C port is used for wired connection and charging, and Bluetooth 5.1 wireless connectivity is also supported, with a range of up to 10 meters.

The new keyboard will be available in April, the official price has not been announced, for reference, the more similar Keychron Q1 Pro is priced at $199.
