Latest Windows 11 Beta (KB5022358) fixes ReFS errors, file copying errors and more

Microsoft has released builds 22621.1245 and 22623.1245 (KB5022358) to the Windows 11 Insider beta channel. In its blog post, the company wrote

Hello Windows Insiders, today we are releasing Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 22621.1245 and Build 22623.1245 (KB5022358) to the Beta Channel.

• Build 22623.1245 = New features rolling out.
• Build 22621.1245 = New features off by default.

This new version fixes several major bugs, including a ReFS filesystem issue, a bug that slowed down file copying, and more. This release also brings screen recording capabilities to the cut and paste tool.
