Intel may develop ‘Video DLSS’, the same super-resolution technology
Previously, NVIDIA introduced RTX VSR (Video Super Resolution) technology, which can be called "Video DLSS" and is supported by mainstream browsers.
Now there is news that Intel will also be launching a similar technology with a lower hardware threshold.
The outgoing images show that the feature can already be enabled in Chrome by adding a command, but when you try to open it, it still fails.
The technology is said to require a Core 10 generation core with Core graphics or Arc discrete graphics support, and a Chrome browser version higher than 109.
In terms of specific graphics improvements, more powerful hardware will give better results, but will also consume more power.
According to NVIDIA VSR technology, this super-resolution technology is not just sharpening, but rather increasing the resolution of the video through AI to achieve a sharper display.
This technology not only improves the viewing of low-resolution video, but also makes it possible for less powerful devices to view high-resolution video.
