Apple begins mass production of EarPods USB-C wired headphones

The biggest obstacle to a single interface has finally been overcome, with the confirmation that the iPhone 15 series will be replaced by a USB-C interface.

However, with the new interface on the iPhone, Apple has many eco-products and accessories that will need to be reworked and unified with the new interface, such as headphones.

According to the latest revelations, Apple has begun mass production of wired EarPods that switch to the USB-C port.

However, it should be in line with the old model in terms of specifications, so the price should also be in line with the Lightning and 3.5mm connector, which is priced at $149 on the official website.

It should be noted that Apple is not including wired headphones from the iPhone 12 series onwards, so those who want to use wired headphones will have to buy them themselves.

In addition to the wired EarPods, Ming-Chi Kuo also revealed a while back that Apple will launch a USB-C-powered version of the AirPods Pro 2, which is expected to ship in large quantities in Q2 and Q3.

No other changes are expected to be made to the new AirPods Pro 2, with the hardware configuration remaining the same as the current specs.

However, there are currently no plans to launch the AirPods 2 and AirPods 3 generations with a USB-C port.
