AMD Ryzen 7000 3D Cache Edition Explained

Compared to last year's Ryzen 7 5800X3D processor, this time AMD offers more choices, not only 8-core, there are 12-core, 16-core options, but this time the 3D cache configuration is also rather peculiar, especially the Ryzen 9 7950X3D, Ryzen 9 7900X3D these two models.
AMD has confirmed that only an additional 64MB of 3D cache has been added to both processors, the Ryzen 9 7950X3D and Ryzen 9 7900X3D, stacked on one of the two CCD modules.
What exactly does it look like? Andreas Schilling, editor of the Hardwareluxxx website, made a diagram that clearly shows how the extra cache is allocated.
As shown in the figure, on the Ryzen 7 7800X3D, there is only 1 CCD module, so the extra 64MB cache is stacked on this CCD, and there is no problem with the allocation between CCD and cache.
But on the Ryzen 9 7950X3D and Ryzen 9 7900X3D, there are 2 CCDs inside, and the 64MB cache can only choose one of them to stack, which results in a CCD module that is 32MB L3 cache and one that is 32+64=96MB cache, which is not reciprocal.
The 3D cache also brings the impact of frequency, although AMD announced the data of the Ryzen 9 7950X3D, Ryzen 9 7900X3D acceleration frequency and Ryzen 9 7950X, Ryzen 9 7900X is the same, but the official now does not specify how much the CPU frequency of the CCD module stacked 64MB cache, theoretically is to be quite a bit lower than normal, Ryzen 7 7800X3D acceleration frequency on the lower 400MHz, the base frequency is not sure how much lower it, AMD only marked 4.XGHz.
What kind of difference does the difference in cache and frequency eventually bring?
