MOTOROLA’s ultra-small Razr3 is powered by the Snapdragon 8+

The Snapdragon 8+ can be said to be the most powerful mobile phone chip in the Android market. While the performance is improved, the power consumption of snapdragon 8+ is also greatly optimized.

CPU power consumption is about 30% lower than the Snapdragon 8, GPU power consumption is up to 30% lower, and overall platform power consumption is about 15% lower than the Snapdragon 8, according to the official.
