More than half of the top 100 hit games have Steam Deck support

V's latest handheld game, PC Steam Deck, is now on sale, and V says it's already planning a 2nd generation for the handheld. steam Deck supports the Steam Store page, but not all games run smoothly.

V has introduced a verification system, and games that are "Steam Deck Verified" will run seamlessly on the new handheld PC.

Of course, there are some games that are not fully compatible, but can still be played on Steam Deck, and these games are said to be "Steam Deck Playable".

Of course, gamers don't care about most of the games on Steam. The top 100 games on the Top Games list are a good indication of which titles players are most likely to play on Steam Deck in the future.

Currently, Boiling Steam has counted how many of these games support Steam Deck.

According to the statistics, 28 of the top 100 popular Steam games are "Steam Deck Certified," including such popular games as Eldon Reach, Apex Heroes, and Inglorious Basterds (and of course, Rainy Day 2).

In addition, there are 26 games marked as "Steam Deck playable". Games with the "Steam Deck Playable" logo include CS:GO, Dota 2, and The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, among other popular titles. A total of 54 popular games are available on Steam Deck, more than 50% of the top 100 games.

The remaining games in the top 100 are either in the "unsupported" category or marked as "untested". Of these, 26 are "unsupported" games, many of which are not available on Steam Deck due to anti-cheat software. If the developers of these games don't think Steam Deck is worth the extra effort, then it's likely that these games will never be supported.

There are only 20 games left that are still not tested for Steam Deck certification. In fact, many of the untested games are still able to run on Steam Deck, so it is believed that some of these games will soon be added to the list of supported games.
